FCT Kids Children's Ministry
FCT Kids is a place where children can learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and experience God’s love in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. Our Children’s Ministry serves children from nursery and preschool through elementary age, helping build a strong foundation of faith during these important years.
There are many ways to be part of the FCT Kids Serve Team! Volunteers can serve directly with children in the nursery, preschool, or elementary classrooms, help welcome families at the Kids Check-In/Check-Out Desk, or lend a hand with special children’s programs throughout the year. There are also opportunities to serve during holiday events and our Kids Takeovers.
Whether you love teaching, helping behind the scenes, welcoming families, or simply encouraging kids, there is a place for you to serve. Come be part of helping the next generation know Jesus and grow in their faith!
Media & Tech Team
The Media & Tech Team serves behind the scenes to help create a welcoming and distraction-free environment where people can hear, see, and engage with the message of Jesus—whether they are worshiping with us in person or joining us online.
There are several ways to serve, including running the worship and sermon screens, assisting with sound for the worship team and Sunday morning service, and helping with our online livestream so those who cannot be with us in person can still worship and hear God’s Word.
This ministry may happen behind the scenes, but it plays an important part in what happens each Sunday. The heart of the Media & Tech Team isn't simply about operating equipment or technology—it's about using those tools to serve others and help remove distractions so the focus can remain on worship, and the message God has for His people.
You don't have to be an expert to have a heart for serving. If you enjoy technology, sound, media, or learning something new, there may be a place for you on the team.

Joann’s Pantry
Joann’s Pantry is a ministry with a heart for serving others and meeting practical needs within our church and community. Through the generosity of those who give and serve, the pantry provides food and other essential items to individuals and families who may need a little extra help.
There are opportunities to serve by helping organize and stock the pantry, prepare items for distribution, and assist with other needs of the ministry. Every act of service, whether big or small, is an opportunity to demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ in a practical way.

LIFT Student Ministry
LIFT (Love in Fellowship & Truth) is a place for students to grow in their relationship with God while building meaningful friendships with one another. Students gather Wednesday evenings from 6–8 PM for fun, fellowship, and Bible study—a midweek opportunity to recharge, be encouraged, and grow in God’s Word. Our mission is to Worship God, Embrace the Word, and Love & Fellowship with Others.

Sunday Morning Welcome Greeters
Our Welcome Greeters help create a warm and welcoming first impression for everyone who walks through the doors of First Church. Whether someone has been attending for years or is visiting for the very first time, a friendly smile and a genuine welcome can help them feel seen, valued, and at home.
Serving as a greeter is a simple but meaningful way to show the love and hospitality of Christ. Greeters welcome individuals and families as they arrive, help guests find where they need to go, answer questions, and help create an atmosphere where everyone feels like they belong.
If you enjoy meeting people, offering encouragement, and helping others feel comfortable, this may be the perfect place for you to serve.

Harvesters Fellowship
Harvesters Fellowship is a wonderful opportunity to serve others through fellowship, hospitality, and helping with the needs of our church family. With a heart centered on serving Christ, Harvesters Fellowship comes alongside the church to help with meals and other opportunities to care for and encourage others.
Whether you enjoy preparing food, helping with setup and cleanup, serving meals, or simply lending a helping hand when needed, there are many ways to get involved. Every act of service is an opportunity to show the love of Jesus through kindness, generosity, and hospitality.

Worship Team
The Worship Team exists to glorify God and help lead others into meaningful worship. Worship is more than singing songs—it is an opportunity to turn our hearts toward the Lord, proclaim His truth, and respond to who He is and all He has done.
If God has gifted you musically, we would love for you to consider using those gifts to serve Him and the church. Whether you sing or play an instrument, there are opportunities to be part of the team and help create an atmosphere where our church family can worship together.
At the heart of our Worship Team is a desire to serve rather than perform. It’s about using the gifts the Lord has given us with humility, faithfulness, and a heart that points others to Jesus.

Photography & Videography
Our Photography & Videography Team helps capture and share the life, ministry, and stories of what God is doing at First Church. Through photos and video, we can celebrate meaningful moments, highlight our ministries and events, and help others see the heart of our church community.
Whether you have experience with a camera, enjoy creating videos, or simply have an interest in learning, there are opportunities to use your creativity to serve. Team members may help capture Sunday mornings, worship, baptisms, special events, ministry activities, and other important moments throughout the year.
The heart behind this ministry is more than taking great pictures or videos—it’s about telling stories, preserving moments, and using creativity to point people toward Jesus and encourage connection with His church.
